Largo Capital Welcomes Kobe Diers as an Originator

July 30, 2026 – Tampa, Florida – Largo is excited to welcome Kobe Diers to the team as an Originator based in our Tampa office!

Kobe joined Largo in July 2026 and is responsible for originating commercial real estate financing solutions for clients across a range of property types.

Prior to joining Largo, Kobe spent several years with a life company lender, where he specialized in mortgage loan underwriting across retail, office, multi-family, and self-storage asset classes. His background in underwriting provides a strong foundation for structuring financing solutions and evaluating transactions from both the borrower and lender perspective.

Kobe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and is currently pursuing his MBA in Finance at the University of Iowa.
