The 10-year, fixed-rate loan includes two years of interest only followed by 30-year amortization. The property features an outdoor pool, business center, fitness studio, meeting rooms, and complimentary breakfast. The property provides excellent access to Interstate 75 and is only a short distance from both Downtown’s Riverwalk and the cruise terminals at Port Tampa Bay.
