January 17, 2024 – Ithaca, New York – Ned Perlman of Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. successfully secured construction/permanent financing via one of Largo’s established regional banking relationships for a 77-unit (109-bed) housing development in Ithaca, New York. The project is near Cornell University, in an established student housing neighborhood although occupancy will not be exclusively students. The four-story building will offer (10) studio units, (35) 1 BR/1BA, and (32) 2BR/2BA units. All units will feature high-end finishes, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers.
