Largo is seeking a dynamic, organized individual, who can multitask and coordinate all administrative activities of a fast-paced commercial mortgage finance company. The position requires strong computer skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook. The individual must have excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral. This person will be responsible for all support.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work with, coordinate, and follow up on work flow with other company departments
- Coordinate, schedule and plan meetings, travel arrangement and other logistical details for the team
- Maintain various databases, records, and invoices, including directing their distribution
- Manage and prioritize email flow from multiple sources with urgency
- Monitor incoming faxes, mail, and team service requirements
- Prepare, organize, and maintain client files
- Assist with meeting preparation
- Scanning and printing of documents
- Prepare expense reports and other important confidential documents
- Impromptu administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
