January 8, 2025 – Fairport, New York – Jack Phillips, Principal at Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. secured a permanent first mortgage to finance the acquisition of a nearly 60,000 SF, three-building mixed use retail/office property located in the Rochester MSA. The project is 99% leased and features a diverse rent roll that includes mostly local tenants ranging from 300 SF and up. Utilizing one of Largo’s long standing lending relationships, Jack was able to secure competitive loan terms that met the buyer’s needs.
