Toronto, Ontario – June 27, 2012 – Kevin Heiss, Managing Director for the Largo Group of Companies, arranged permanent financing in the amount of $26,000,000 to refinance the existing debt on the Clearwater Suite Hotel located in Fort McMurray, Alberta, northeast of Edmonton. Constructed in 2004, the hotel features 150 extended stay suites and offers guests an indoor whirlpool, spa, game room, and a business centre with meeting space. Kevin Heiss arranged a 3 year fixed rate loan for the borrower.
