March 24, 2025 – Orlando, Florida – Max Downing of Largo Capital, Inc. successfully arranged financing for a portfolio of sixteen Moe’s Southwest Grill locations throughout Central Florida. The term loan facilitates equity repatriation from the acquisition, provides capital for equipment upgrades and deferred maintenance, and includes a delayed draw structure for future franchise acquisitions and enhancements. The 7-year, fixed-rate loan features principal and interest payments for the entire loan term.
