The first property is a 114 unit, state-of-the-art senior apartment community conveniently located with quick access to route 104 expressway and just a short walk to the village of Webster. The second property is a 43 unit multifamily community located in Brighton, New York. The subject property is located just outside of the City of Rochester within close proximity to I-390, I-590, I-490 and area amenities, including the Marketplace Mall. For both properties, Perry arranged a 7-year, fixed rate loan with 30-year amortization through one of Largo’s correspondent lenders.
