Inspired by world-renowned architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and commonly known as Michigan Plaza, the 44-story 205 North Michigan Avenue and the 25-story 225 North Michigan Avenue are the primary entrance to the five million square foot Illinois Center office complex. Jack and Kevin arranged a 15-year self-amortizing loan for the borrower.
