Tony Gentile recently joined Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. as Vice President in Largo’s Sarasota, Florida office. Tony is responsible for originating, negotiating and structuring commercial loans for income producing properties.
Gentile started his career in financial services in 1982, after serving in the Navy. As Pioneer Western Corporation’s newest recruit, he was the youngest member of the Chairman’s Council and maintained his membership for five years. Gentile’s success continued with Bear Stearns as a stock broker. He was the number one new account generator each year he was with the company.
From 1999–2013, he built and managed IFG Opportunity Fund, a successful private equity fund, returning profits to investors, despite the 2008 downturn. Gentile also raised more than $300 million through his company, Institutional Finance Group, for twenty microcap companies. In his new position at Largo, Gentile specializes in assisting property owners obtain the best financing options available to meet their specific commercial real estate needs.
