Largo Welcomes Ian Mahoney as New Originator in Tampa

June 30, 2025 – Tampa, Florida – Largo is excited to welcome Ian Mahoney to the team as an Originator based in our Tampa office!

Ian is responsible for structuring and originating commercial real estate loans across all property types nationwide, with a focus on the Southeast and Sunbelt markets. He brings strong expertise in debt and equity placement, coupled with a diverse financial background that enhances Largo’s capital advisory capabilities.

Prior to joining Largo, Ian served as Director of Capital Markets at his previous brokerage firm, where he played a key role in building and nurturing relationships with debt and equity providers across a wide range of property and transaction types.

Earlier in his career, Ian worked in FP&A at Lockheed Martin on the CH-53K “King Stallion” helicopter development program, focusing on financial reporting and analysis within the systems engineering division. He also gained valuable underwriting experience as a Financial Analyst intern at Generation Income Properties (NASDAQ: GIPR) in Tampa.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Ian served as a Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps with 1st Battalion, 9th Marines, based out of Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
