Largo Welcomes Matt Sweeney as an Originator in New York City

October 2, 2025 – New York City, New York – Largo is excited to welcome Matt Sweeney to the team as an Originator, based in our Manhattan office.

Before joining Largo, Matt was a Capital Markets Associate at a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm in New York. He specializes in debt and structured finance originations across all property types, including hotels & resorts, retail, industrial, and multi-family.

At Largo, Matt leverages our 27 correspondent lender relationships — in addition to banks, credit unions, LifeCo lenders, CMBS conduits, and debt funds — to deliver tailored financing solutions. Whether the assignment involves a stabilized asset, repositioning, or ground-up construction, his ability to clear the market ensures clients secure the most competitive capital.

Matt earned dual degrees in Finance and Legal Studies from the University of Miami’s Herbert Business School.
