Largo Welcomes Mike MacDonald as an Originator in Toronto

July 31, 2025 – Toronto, Ontario – Largo is excited to welcome Mike MacDonald to the team as an Originator based in our Tampa office!

Mike joins the firm as an Originator, based in Toronto, where he will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and negotiating commercial real estate financing solutions across multiple asset classes.

With a strong emphasis on multifamily and hospitality properties, Mike brings over a decade of experience in real estate, having worked with leading Canadian firms in investments, asset management, and capital markets. His well-rounded background allows him to approach transactions from multiple perspectives, ensuring his clients receive financing solutions that are not only competitive but strategically aligned with their long-term goals.

Mike works directly with both borrowers and capital providers to deliver customized lending strategies that support project success and portfolio growth.

A proud graduate of Princeton University, Mike earned his degree in 2015 and continues to bring analytical rigor and client-first focus to every deal he pursues.
