September 22, 2025 – Pembroke Pines, Florida – Patrick Madore, Senior Originator at Largo Capital, Inc., structured and closed a $10.3 million permanent first mortgage for Sheridan Village Center in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
This ±64,331 SF mixed-use property includes both self-storage and retail and is strategically located near I-75, offering excellent visibility and accessibility. The center is currently 96% leased and anchored by high-profile tenants such as Memorial Health Care, Health Diagnostic Management, and Dunkin’.
The loan funded, through one of Largo Capital’s correspondent life insurance companies, is serviced in-house by Largo as part of its $4.5 billion loan portfolio.
The financing features a fully amortizing structure, with configurable rate reset and early payoff options at par—designed to give the borrower flexible capital for executing value add strategies such as further leasing or repositioning tenants.
