Planned upgrades include exterior painting, façade improvements, and new signage to align with brand standards upon conversion to a new flag.

The hotel benefits from strong sponsorship and a prime location within one of Orlando’s busiest tourism and travel corridors, positioning the asset for meaningful growth in annual room revenue following the brand conversion.
