Benjamin is responsible for sourcing and closing financing across the United States with a focus on Florida. Leveraging deep lender relationships built throughout his career, his focus is on meeting each client’s unique financing needs and securing the most competitive terms available in the marketplace. His experience spans permanent, bridge, and construction financing on multifamily, retail, hospitality, office, industrial, self-storage, and manufactured housing properties.
Benjamin, a Georgia native, is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida. He received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in Finance/Entrepreneurship from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Benjamin was a member of the men’s varsity baseball teams at both Vanderbilt University and Rollins College.
