Christa Perrin

Christa Perrin joined Largo’s servicing team as a loan administrator in August 2026. As part of the servicing team, she is responsible for keeping Largo’s portfolio in good standing by staying on top of taxes, insurance,  UCC, and lease requirements while also contributing to annual financial reviews and site inspections. Christa attended SUNY Geneseo and graduated in 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a marketing minor.
