BIO:
Marty Cole recently joined the Largo team in May of 2023 and is responsible for underwriting and packaging, financial evaluation, market research, and closing commercial real estate loans throughout North America.
Prior to his arrival at Largo, Marty earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Finance from Niagara University, where he also played on the Niagara University Division I men’s baseball team for five years.
