BIO:
Max Downing is a loan originator at Largo Capital and is responsible for arranging debt and equity for apartments, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, and self-storage. In addition to traditional commercial mortgages, Max also specializes in construction and bridge loans. Max joined Largo Capital in 2022 as a financial analyst, and soon after became an originator in the company. Since joining Largo, Max has been involved with the closing of over $500 million in commercial real estate transactions.
