Neal Colligan is Largo’s affiliate in suburban Philadelphia, PA.  Neal has over 25 years of experience in the Commercial Mortgage Banking industry and has completed over $2 Billion in property financings in that time.  With a primary focus on client satisfaction, Neal has financed all major property types with a myriad of capital sources.  Neal is able to draw on his prior experience as a CPA and a Real Estate Lender to assist his clients in meeting their financing goals.  His education includes a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University and an MBA at Villanova University.
