Largo Capital, Inc. has been providing commercial mortgage banking services, encompassing debt and equity solutions for commercial real estate projects for over 30 years. Throughout the U.S. and Canada, Largo represents 26 correspondent life lenders in addition to conduits, banks, debt funds, and credit unions.

Job Description:

Largo is currently seeking a reliable Office Administrator who will have a direct reporting line to the company’s founder and CEO. In addition to this administrative role, the individual will also provide support to Largo’s marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Support marketing efforts
  • Coordinate new employee setup as well as termination
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Assist in scheduling interviews/meetings for Originators
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • High school diploma: BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

  • Organized and detail-oriented
