Largo Welcomes Zachary Shavolian as an Originator in New York City

September 12, 2025 – New York City, New York – Largo is excited to welcome Zachary Shavolian to the team as an Originator, based in our New York City office. Zach plays a key role in leading the office launch and focuses on sourcing and structuring debt and equity capital solutions for commercial real estate transactions nationwide.

Zach brings a strong background in capital markets advisory, having most recently served as an Originations Associate at Eyzenberg & Company, where he specialized in complex CRE transactions. Prior to that, he was both an originator and analyst at a real estate capital advisory firm, where he underwrote and structured over $1 billion in debt and equity financing across a diverse range of asset classes and geographies. He also gained early career experience with a New York–based real estate brokerage and a boutique investment and development firm.

A graduate of the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, Zach earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and graduated Magna Cum Laude. His academic achievements and professional experience position him to deliver thoughtful, client-focused capital solutions in today’s market.
